Quotes come first
Every order starts with a written quote that lists the product, price, shipping cost, and any applicable taxes. We do not charge you before you approve the quote.
Invoices
After you approve a quote, we send an invoice from [email protected]. The invoice shows the amount due and the available payment methods.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
Charges on your statement
Charges from us appear under the name US Product Direct. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact [email protected].
